COME TO VISIT US IN OUR MOBILE YOUTH CENTRE.
With the transformation of an unusable city bus into a mobile youth centre we have created a mobile unit of needed infrastructure with programs and space for supporting youth. Rather than becoming a burden for the environment, the unusable city bus starts a new life cycle and it continues serving the residents in a different form. Youth actively participate in co-creating everyday in the city. One very important part of doing youth work on the streets is also cooking coffie. Coffee unites people. So the fresh, good coffie is very important for building relationships. So join us if you want to learn how to cook "turkish or greek" coffee or if you want to challenge your skill of cooking coffee. You will learn step by step:Step 1: getting to know with team of Ljuba&DragoStep 2: get familiar with the space for cooking and dishes at the busStep 3: measure for your brew ratioStep 4: Boil the water and wait few seconds Step 5: Place the coffee in the water Step 6: Wait and pour Step 7: Enjoy your coffee with young people
